Hello Fantasy Faithfulls, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and that you won your leagues! I know I am one day late with this post but you know how the holidays are. This particular post will deviate somewhat from previous Analysis posts. Previously I have either discussed the Waiver Wire or Playoff numbers but today I will instead discuss the rest of the season and what will happen in the off-season. Let’s dig in!
Starting off with the rest of this season. This post will continue to evaluate the previous week while also preparing you for DFS only. I will have rankings of the best players at each position every week until the Super Bowl has been played. These posts will arrive as usual on the Tuesday except next week where it will be moved to the Friday and the Score Projection will be set on Saturday due to year-end closing at my day job.
The Video above is lying a bit with what the off-season will have on the YouTube channel, I will only do one Video per week in the off-season (exception for this week). It will focus on analyzing different player’s seasons, projection scores for entire teams for next year, Free-Agent scheme fits, some new content I will not yet reveal and a podcast/live show in the making.
The website will continue to have two articles a week for the entire off-season. The posts will focus on analyzing Free-Agents scheme fits with their new teams, numbers for rookies heading into the draft, Market Share analysis and some statistics articles focusing on correlations for different positions.
I made 291 Projections with Probabilities for Week 16.
I measure with 30 % accuracy, meaning if a player scored under his projection but the probability was 30 % or above I failed or if a player had 70 % probability but scored above his projection I also failed.
Out of the 291 Projections and Probabilities I had 230 Correct and 61 Incorrect. That means that 79 % of all the numbers I provided gave you a great opportunity to plan your fantasy line-up in Week 16.
Last week I had a 71.8 % hit rate on my Projections I am very happy to see the numbers take a step up again, especially for the championship game!
